Are you ready for FIGHT FEST?!

We in KK(Kota Kinabalu) are very fortunate that some very high quality fight events has been organised here.
Hungry fight fans are constantly served with appetising fight action... We have seen the successful BFC (Borneo Fighting Championship in 2013/2014), then came D1 Fighting Championship, serving plentiful of MuayThai action, JFL cooks up a storm from it's beginning in Oct 2014 and is currently preparing for semi finals in May 2015. MIMMA KK tryout created a big bang in mid April...
and now come a feast that will try to satisfied all fight fans......Borneo fight fans, get ready for another explosive event - FF (FIGHT FEST)....fuhhhyoo, the name itself sounds like a fiesta, a party and celebration of fights!

Fight Fest is the brainchild of Johan Julian Abdullah. A MuayThai instructor and owner of Kinabalu Fighters gym. Julian is the co-founder of BFC together with Rayner Kinsiong of Karabaw gym. Both gym join forces to organise in which historically will be remembered as the 1st MMA Competitions in Borneo.

But before all these events.....it all started with FFN (Friday Fight Night) in Sept 2012 , held at Kinabalu Fighters. FFN was the 1st intergym kickboxing and MMA event where fighters from various gym came together to dish out some action all for the passion of martial art. It was kind of like movie night for fight fans. When it comes to putting up a show, Julian has the experience. Aside from FFN & BFC, he is also founder of Hobbycon...so expect a good show guys.
Julian organises Hobbycon annually...he surely knows how to put on a show
FIGHT FEST: KING OF KINGS is a Hybrid Combat Sport event that features amateur K1 Kickboxing, Amateur Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) & Amateur Muaythai fights all in one day. The event is a platform for combat sport fans to test their skills and also to gather the various fight fans to mingle and learn other fighting styles.

FF will feature a K1 Amateur Super 4 & Amateur MMA Super 4 Championship bout, fighters who win two fights back to back will be crowned champion. There will also be single elimination.

Fight Fest will be the 1st in Sabah to introduce K1 Kickboxing rules fight.
For amateur fights, fighters need to wear head and shin guard.  The round is for 2 minutes of 3 and 1 minutes in between rounds. Full clinch as in MuayThai is not allowed. Only half clinch with one hand. These type of rules intend to make the pace of action faster. FF's K1 amateur fight is sanction by ISKA (Int. Sport Kickboxing Association). MMA fight is sanctioned by IMMAF (Int.MMA Federation) and MASMMA (Malaysian MMA Association) and Sabah MMA Association.

For exhibition match (one fight non tournament)..these are the fight cards.

Watch out for K1 Superfight between Adrian Tham (6-1) vs Banneto Bain will be the highlight. Adrian is MIMMA Season 1 heavyweight champion. He is a very well rounded fighter with karate background and killer jujitsu. But for K1, he will need to rely on his stand up as no ground game is allowed.

Banneto is a MuayThai specialist with a undefeated fight record in MuayThai 6-0. He is fighting out of Borneo Red Lions MuayThai Gym. FF will be both fighters first time fighting in K1 rules.

So what is your prediction guys? Will Banneto MauyThai experience give him an edge? or will Adrian vast experience in martial art see him recording another win. Banneto defeated Azrin Kadri (Adrian's NOMAD team mate) in the last D1 Fighting Championship. Perhaps a motivating factor for Adrian for a win.
Both fighter make weigh today, looks like physique wise comparable, let's see the skills....time for action on 26 APR 2015

As for female K1, pay attention to June vs Nasrenah. June will be representing Kinabalu Fighters. This young lass is well trained in MuayThai and works as a fitness instructor. Nasrenah is from Borneo Phoenix MuayThai Putatan

Meanwhile female MMA will see the rematch of Fazdiana of Kinabalu Fighters vs Sheery Bingku of Team Karabaw. In JFL ladder match Fazdiana won by referee stoppage when she had full mount and rain punches on Sherry, but Sherry look fresh and unhurt, perhaps too early stoppage. Will we see Sherry avenge her lost in this rematch or the young 16yrs Fazdiana prevail.
Fazdiana looking to remain the winner in the rematch

Julian put up a really exciting fight card for Amateur MMA Super 4. All 4 fighters has make weigh today at Dewan Masyarakat. Expect plenty of sparks to fly as this 65kg bantamweight fight present some notable names in local MMA.
(L to R) Hisham, Azrin, Dean and Effendy
Dean Hamsah in short notice of only 5 day replaces Abdul Rahman. Dean is a Pro MuayThai fighter (2-3). In MMA (2-2) he fought in BFC and been training non stop for some time now preparing for JFL, but in JFL ladder match, his opponent didn't show up, in JFL quarter finals, couldn't match him with a willing opponent. He's also just back from training in Bali MMA with the Subbha brothers polishing his ground game, hence all this training but no fight is really making him itching for action and he jump on this opportunity when Abdul Rahman got injured.

Azrin Kadri of Team NOMAD will be back in action after some long layoff from MMA fights. His last fight was in D1FC MuayThai, Dec 2014 losing to Banetto Bain. But don't let that fool you as Azrin is well rounded fighter in stand up and ground. His advantage will be on the ground as he's a grinder and powerhouse in BJJ.

Effendy Kalai of the fame Kalai brothers is an accomplished boxer. Bringing top notch boxing and mixing it up with some nice ground game. Effendy's accomplishment has enable him to be the sponsored fighter of POTOSAN CORNER. He was crown champion at F3 Championship in 2014. Effendy and his brother Eddey has been going around to different states for MIMMA tryout. Even though they have qualified for the ladder match all for the sake of gaining experience.

In this fray of 4, the newbie will be Hisham. He replaces Jace Law of Gymbox Kuching whom decide to focus on MIMMA. Hisham train under the guidance of Ali Hobbit, let's see wheter this underdog in MMA can create an upset, coz in a fight anything can happen.

All this action is only the beginning for Fight Fest. In the plans are AMATEUR SUPER 4 Muaythai Submission Grappling competitions & a possible weapons fighting tourney, all under one event!

Fight Fest will happen tomorrow 26 APRIL 2015, 2pm at Dewan Masyarakat Kota Kinabalu (the building behind Fook Yuen and Old Town Jln Gaya) . Tickets will be available at the venue or call Julian at 016-8311440.
Get your Figh Fest ticket and get a chance to win lucky draw - free membership and training at Valor Martial Arts under coach Richie (MIMMA2 finalist)
Fight Fans let's show your support, come and witness our local fighter display their skills. You could be witnessing the birth of a great martial art event.

MIMMA Season 3 - KK Tryout (part 2)

1Borneo, provides the venue for two days of martial art action!

MIMMA 3 Tryout in KK on 11-12 Apr 2015 was a great experience for me. Personally this is the first MIMMA event I've been to, I'm impress with the set up at 1Borneo concourse. It was a perfect place to bring this event closer to the general public. Spectators can view the 3 different stages of the tryouts, namely: Grappling Session, Striking Session & the Cage Sparring.

  1. Tryouts will be done in 3 stages.
    1. Grappling Session
Two competitors will be allowed two minutes to showcase their grappling skills to our grappling judges.
    2. Striking Session
You will be allowed one minute to showcase your striking skill through padworks to our striking judges.
    3. Cage Sparring
The final two minutes of the tryouts. You will be sparring in the MIMMA Cage with another contestant for two minutes.
  2. Scores will be accumulated from the three Tryout sessions and MIMMA Officials will announce the shortlisted competitors on the same day for those that made it into running for Malaysian Invasion Season 2 Top 16.
(infor from MIMMA web page )

No doubt the attention was on the Cage Sparring session, even though the sparring session is done to see how participants put together their skills & techniques in combat. Fighters need to show diversity of techniques, level changes and great fighting spirit. This is to ensure they are ready to be competing at a higher level when the ladder match begins.

View of the arena was perfect from all floor of 1Borneo. Thanks to the new LED screen set up by the management recently, it provide a really breathtaking viewing experience as the action unfolds on a much bigger scale, to an extend when fans was more satisfied watching the action unfold on the LED screen rather then the real thing on the cage...: P
Huge LED to showcase the action
Throughout  both day of the event the host Matt Pelino (himself a MMA Pro fighter) and Jon Nutt (founder of Full Metal Dojo and also a fighter) took turn narrating some of the actions that is going on and gives explanations on techniques and criteria judges are looking out for a successful selection. Perhaps will be good also if MIMMA are able to provide a host that speaks in malay to reach out to a wider local audience.
Matt Pelino, voice of MMA...attracting more female to take up MMA with his boyish face
Jon Nutt, the MIMMA host with a voice of a rockstar & the perfect beard

Together these two are dynamite

I've interviewed a few spectators, unless those who are involve in this industry, basically none of them understand much about the rules & techniques. Most of them just thought the objective is to go on full striking mode and KO the opponent.

Little do they know about the grappling aspect and counter move. most of them also does not realise that it's only a selection not a competition. For most this is the first time they are watching a MMA fight. A Dr friend of mine taught I was referring to Malaysian Medical Association when I mention MMA.

Some female spectators have the opinion that it is a violent sports but most of them agree that to be in this sports need lots of training and discipline which can benefit female in terms of keeping fit and learn self defense.

MIMMA is working hard to propel MMA to a higher profile and they are doing this by engaging the media actively. Already their effort is bearing fruits In this 3rd season. We already see a surge in new gyms around Sabah teaching MMA. Recently the MIMMA team won an award for best Social Media Campaign at the Malaysian Social media Week...kudos to the team!

The decision to televised MIMMA season 3 on TV1 is really a smart move. This I believe will propel MMA to a higher level of awareness and create many more new fans. TV1 reaches out to Malaysian in semi urban and the interior. I believe there are many untap talent out there and by watching MIMMA on TV1 may very well spark their interest to pick up this sports.

Below is an interview with a  MIMMA 's spokeperson

1. Overall how did MIMMA Season 3 selection in KK went?
All in all, the #MIMMA3 tryouts in KK went beyond our expectations. Last season, the KK tryouts has managed to impress us with a huge amount of talents but this year, the benchmark has been raised even more. The crowd in 1Borneo was also an important element in pushing the fighters to try their best. With the crowd actively involved and the intensity shown by the fighters, it is safe to say that the #MIMMA3 tryouts in KK in one for the books.
2. Any comments on depth & quality of Sabahan fighters vs 2014 batch?
In 2014, Sabahan fighters came with the goal of testing the waters. A lot of unpolished talents and some of them were there for the experience and exposure. This year, they came to the tryouts and their goal has changed. A majority of them are well prepared, mostly because of the local gyms and also the local competition their competed in. Those unpolished talents in 2014, were ready to shine at the #MIMMA3 tryouts in 2015. With a collection of huge MMA names in Sabah, (Ann Osman, Adrian Tham, Rayner Kinsiong, Allen Chong, Aj Pyro, Darren Low), it is no surprise that the quality of Sabahan fighters have increase tremendously.
The champ in the house! Allen Chong MIMMA 1 - Lightweight champ and
Adrian Tham - Heavyweight Champ
What about Sarawak this year vs 2014?
For Sarawak fighters, they might not come in a huge number, but those who stepped up to the challenge were very impressive. In 2014, Everything is still new to them as this was the first time the MIMMA tryouts went into different states to unearth the talents. So those who came to the tryouts in Kuching were just there for the experience too. This year, we received a lot foreign fighters from Sarawak as a result of the new category offered in #MIMMA3 but the local fighter were at par with impressive show of talents.
check out my previous post on Gymbox
3. Will we see Brunei included one day into MIMMA?
People from Brunei can already join MIMMA, they can compete in the foreign pride category. The original goal of MIMMA is to unearth local talents at the grassroots level in order to discover the new generation of Malaysian MMA champions. So if we include Brunei in the local pool, this will go against our original goal. Hence the introduction of the new Foreign Pride Category.
4. Local events such as BFC, JFL,D1FC ( muaythai ), Fight Fest ...how do  see these events in context of MIMMA?
It is great to see these local events flourishing here in East Malaysia. These events are independently run, and they provide a great platform for local fighters to perform. Fighters will gain more experience from competing in such events. This is proven as most of those who came for the MIMMA tryouts are somewhat more experience than last season thanks to their involvement in the local events.

5. Generally Sabahan is known to have the physical structure of " pindik-pindik tagap' ( local slang ), means short, stout & muscular. Do u see this as an advantage or disadvantage?
Actually, the most important part that will give a fighter advantage is his discipline and passion towards the sport. If he focuses all his attention and train with a high level of discipline, he will surely outperform another fighter that is seen to have a physically advantage.
6. Aside from the techniques & skills, MMA fighters need to cut weight & have good diet & supplements to maintain performance & avoid injury, how does MIMMA educate & help fighters on this aspect?
Aside from our sponsors providing the right diet and supplements to maintain performance & avoid injury, we always be in contact with the gyms and trainers they trained with in order to check on their progress and making sure that everything is done correctly.
7. Aside from vacant belt for Welterweight when Agilan turn pro, is the rest of the 2014 champ defending their belts?
There will be an official announcement made soon. Stay tuned!
8. They are still many people who view MMA as a violent sports, But now that KBS ( Ministry of Youth and Sports ) is involved & support MIMMA, do u see MMA being introduce to school one day as a combat sports such as Karate & TKD?
We are fighting hard to have MMA introduced as an event in the SEA Games. This is part of our effort to ensure one day, MMA will also be included in the school's extra curricular activity. Under the right coach and supervision, MMA is a great way to teach students about discipline and self control.
9. MIMMA has a great formula of success with strong government support, excellent corporate sponsors -TuneTalk, quality product supplier -Throwdown & regulations & legal aspect by MASMMA, to whom do you attribute this successful formula to?
MIMMA is an entity where everyone shares the same passion towards the sport. Our creators, Jason Lo and YB Khairy Jamaluddin, saw the need to have a platform in order to ensure fighters have the right channel to compete and to have their safety being taken care of. With the right form of leadership and also a passionate team, MIMMA is on the right track to realize its goals.

Warriors of Borneo thanks the MIMMA team for a great experience at the tryout.
Keep up the good work

with Matt & Dana Blouin

MIMMA 3 Tryout - Sabah

We need to put more Borneo Warrior up here.

Like many others people who started training in martial arts, I was inspired by Bruce Lee. His famous quote " Adapt what is useful, reject what is useless and add what is specifically your own" that is,
I believe, the best description for MMA.

In the late 80s to early 90s when single style is still very popular, martial artist can't help but compare each other's style. There's no perfect system, but coaches & instructors those days are mostly train in single style which churn out single styled students.

I was one of them & my style was TaeKwonDo. My friends and I would attend other martial competition such as silat, karate, judo and we end up comparing it to Taekwondo and always convinced ourselves TKD was superior.

As Street Fighter & Tekken video game was the rage that time, selecting fighters with a specific style & pit it against another stylist was absolutely fun. Obviously my favourite character was Hwoarang (a TKD stylist). Then the game became reality...1993 the first UFC was held. Pitting different martial arts stylist against each other, with no weight categories and bare knuckle,...it was a dream come true to fight fans
As UFC held more fights, eventually fighters adapt and learn form each other, subseqently this lead to the birth of MMA as we know of today, and also bringing to the forefront, the art of grappling. Initially I never paid much attention to martial art such as Judo, Jiujitsu, KukSoolWon and wrestling, but now in MMA grappling art is a must!

Malaysia is currently experiencing MMA fever...This is largely contributed by the popularity of UFC & ONE FC. MIMMA is pushing the fever temperature higher. Back in the early 2000 when Ultimate Beatdown started, MMA is still an anomaly in Malaysia. MMA is like an underground activities where bets are thrown, blood & sweat are serve & violence is the order of the day.

In come the team of our Minister of Youth & Sports YB Khairy Jamaluddin & Jason Lo of Tune Talk in 2013 with MIMMA (Malaysian Invasion MMA).MIMMA is model after the successful MyTeam ( created by YB Khairy Jamaluddin & Jason Lo in 2006 ), a football selection trials all over Malaysia to choose players to form MyTeam , which challenge the Malaysian national football team in a friendly match.
Federal Minister of Youth & Sports - Khary Jamaluddin (L) and CEO of Tune Talk - Jason Lo (R)
Base on this model, MIMMA held selections in different parts of Malaysia to select & choose fighters from different states to eventually fight in the ladder match & progress to the grand final. Tune Talk came in with the money, endorsement by Ministry of Youth & Sports & with the formation of MASMMA ( Malaysia Association of MMA ), regulation & rules are formed & implemented, these all contributed to make MMA a more high profile, better organised, spectator friendly, regulated, safe & structured sports.

"MIMMA currently being the biggest amateur mixed martial arts fighting championship in Asia, aims to nurture and grow local talents from the MMA scene by preparing a platform for amateurs to contest and put their highly honed skills and countless hours of dedicated training to the test." (excerpt from MIMMA web page).

2015 is the 3rd year & it certainlay has grown leaps & bounds The method of holding tryout in a few region is a recipe for success. This brings out talented fighters from every corner of Malaysia. Some come well prepared, some came to get experience & some came to test the water-found out they like it & even if they fail to be selected on that day, they can better prepare themselves & go for tryout at other location.

11-12 April, I had the privilege to witness the tryout held at 1Borneo Hypermall, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. When it comes to MMA warriors, Sabah certainly has produce great names of Malaysian MMA, such as MIMMA1 Champ - Allen Chong & Adrian Tham, MIMMA2 Champ- Darren Low. ONE FC National Champ- AJ Pyro, Malaysia 1st Female MMA Pro Fighter - Ann Osman, other notable MMA names from Sabah are Richie Celestial Ismail, MIMMA2 finalist, ONE FC Pro fighter Rayner Kinsiong & Marc Marcellinus. These names also lend a hand as MIMMA technical team, helping out in the overall selection. They are also leaders of their respective gym/teams & actively cornered their fighters during the sparring seesion.
Technical team which comprise of some big names of MMA attending a briefing
With such long list of prominent MMA names, expectation was certainly high for KK tryouts. As Jason Lo (CEO -Tune Talk) aptly puts it..." What better place to find MMA talents than in Sabah?. The state has produce excellent fighters and there are more talents yet to be discovered in Sabah and we will make sure those talented ones will show up for the tryouts"

Developing new generation of Wariors of Borneo
Allen Chong MIMMA1 Lightweight champ, he has turn pro. Seen here holding his daughter Lana..
potential future MMA Champ!
And certainly Sabah doesn't dissapoint. This year fighters came in droves. Many are more prepared. Over the last one year period the growth of MMA gym & Muaythai events in Sabah has put in good foundation for Sabahan fighters to develop and sharpen their techniques. But the tryouts are not a place just to show off fighter's skills, judges are also looking for fighter's with steely determination, mega doses of heart & abilities to presevere.

Action packed days at 1  Borneo Hypermall Kota Kinabalu

The Gumbilai Bros Trios - (L to R) Douglas, Dylan & Vallerio.
Doug & Val went thru the pace & shorlisted...
They are grooming  the young Dylan (13yrs) to be a MMA fighter.

Don't mess with the Lai's - both qualified for ladder match.  2014 Sam manage to reach the qtr. finals where he lost to eventual winner Agilan Thani. This year Sam is more prepared and hope to see him as one that bring glory to Borneo
KK was the 4th tryout venue after Johor Bahru, Kuching & Penang. The biggest difference is the numbers of female participants. Highly probably fuel & inspired by Ann Osman's success in the cage, Sabahan female fighters has embrace the sports & came with good depth in skills & plenty of heart during the sparring. Female category is being introduce this year in the effort to unearth more talents. Sabah tryouts also see participation of many fighters from surrounding areas such as Labuan & Miri. But the Foreign Pride category (introduce this year for non Malaysian fighters at catchweight of 7.30kg) did not see any participants.
The ladies in action mode!

The Malaysia MMA princess & Tune Talk Warrior - Ann 'Athena' Osman, seen here getting the media attention, her presence in KK lending support to her team mates & motivating other female atheletes to emulate her success

AC Poseidon (L) with his prodigy Sunny 'The Silencer' Sabordino...whom is hearing impaired..
but this certainly didn't hinder him from becoming a prolific fighter

By the time this article is published, MIMMA's last tryout in KL will be completed and all successful atheletes will be gearing up for serious action for the ladder match in May. Wishing all the Borneo Warriors best of luck....Make Borneo Proud!!!

Note: Pictures courtesy of MIMMA FB page & YK tang Photography
PS: a note of Thanks to Alief of the MIMMA Media team for the infor.

I'm with Peter Davis. ONE FC star & Tune Talk Warrior currently at a
four fight winning streak. Keep it up Peter!

JFL 2015 - the Quarter Finals

The heat is sweltering in KK (Kota Kinabalu) lately,...you can feel beads of sweat forming on your body starting even as early as 7am...it hasn't been raining for weeks! I am sick of this hot weather...but there's a another type of heat building up & it's gonna explode this Sat 4.4.2015.
It's Jesselton Fight League part 3 - The Quarter - Finals. Now this is a type of heat I don't mind sweating for.
Told u, it's gonna be hot...even the poster is also flaming!!!

Presenting 3 main card , Adrian Tham vs Syafiq Akmal for welterweight, Eddy Kalai vs Writh Kataposan for Flyweight, & Sam Lai vs Terence Bungkilim for Lightweight.

The Seasoned vs the freshie.

Which fighter u choose? left or right?

Adrian Tham (NOMAD) vs Syafiq Akmal (DIHNAR MMA)

An experience fighter in Adrian vs the newbie in Syafiq. With a record of 5W 1L, Adrian is on a path to collect more wins to build a firm foundation for turning pro. (on Adrian's background, please check out my earlier post ) .

Syafiq, with some background in boxing during secondary school, only seriously took up martial arts when he enrol in MuayThai class at Dihnar Boxx Arena.
He works at Dihnar as a technician & was task at doing some work setting up the wiring of the gym. Watching the training daily eventually lead him to 'why not give it a try'...& the rest they say is history. He pick up a few wins fighting at D1 FC in MuayThai. Virtually no experience in the ground game, this young lad learn BJJ through YouTube! Yes this paid off... JFL 2 saw him winning in round 1 by submission!

But he does not kid himself & decided to learn the ground game seriously...under the tutelage of Rayner Kinsiong...this quick learner is steadily adding better ground game to his arsenal.
Advantage by height & his long limb, Syafiq will have to watch out for Adrian in every area as Adrian is well rounded in stand up & ground &.....he packs a bomb in those hands.

The Ground Maestro vs The Penampang Hulk

Sam Lai (BTS) vs Terence Bungkilim (KARABAW). This will be another exciting match-up.
Two contrasting style. Sam Lai, a seasoned fighter well known for his prowess on the ground has time & again use his style to overcome stand up fighters. Sam is a patient fighters whom calculate his move well.

Sam has a amatuer record of 2-1. His lost only at the hand of Agilan Thani in MIMMA 2 last year, Agilan eventually emerge as the Welterweight Champion of MIMMA2. Built up experience in MuayThai & Boxing. BJJ is his core style. Sam is looking forward to this match up.
Knowing Terence's ability to slug it out, Sam has some plans to overcome this.
His wife Val (herself a seasoned female fighter) will surely be there to motivate Sam for a victory.

Terence Bungkilim, although a newbie in MMA whom started to train only in May 2014 is a fan favorite. With his mohawk hairdo & coloured hair, he has build up some following especially from his base in Penampang. With a physique of a hulk, Terence will try to stand with Sam. Even though he has trained in all area. He will focus on avoiding take down & executing fast transition to get out of a tangle on the floor.

" I will give my 200% for this fight"

Looks like it's gonna be war...fight fans, skip the toilet break, pay attention to this fight!

Battle of the BOTAKs

This match-up is my personal favorite. Jason Gaban (KARABAW - Tamparuli) vs Johan Julian (Kinabalu Fighters).

I love to see Jason fight , as this guy swing for the fence. He's not afraid for stand up exchange & willing to slug it out. From his last fight vs Kevin Andrew (BTS) he showed lots of heart & possesses steel determination. Friends call him Penn Chalton...with a similar bald head to the UFC legend - BJ Penn &  Chalton being his middle name. He learned MuayThai when he was studying in Kuching. learned from the fame MuayThai gym - SS Fighter.
He is well aware of Julian being the more experience fighter & is honoured to fight Julian. He is preparing well for this fight & hoping he can execute his game plan well on fight day.
To him, win or loose is secondary, but giving his best & putting in a good show for the fans is what matter most.

Johan Julian is the owner of Kinabalu Fighters. With a record of 2-2 , Julian hold the advantage of being not just the experience MMA fighter but also generally in martial arts, such as MuayThai & karate. Expecting Jason to bring the fight to him, Julian will be in no rush to execute his move.

Will calmness prevail & we see lots of ground game? or will we see both fighter resort to match each others' MuayThai skills.

For the rest of the cards, watch out for Eddy Kalai, Md Danish & Jace Law's fight

Fist will connect,...heads will roll...find out the outcome, join me for a night of sweltering heat,
heat from some hard core action in JFL III! (click the link to find out more)

Warriorsofborneo.blogspot.com wishes all the fighters good luck...give us fans a night to remember. Give the judges some rest, dont let them decide, finish the fight by youself!

To the organising team...especially to head honcho Rayner Kinsiong, thanks for bringing us fight fans another night of action. All the best for a smooth event....Let's get it ON!
